Tickets are sold on this website through the Paysera Tickets system. You will find the ticket purchase window on the main page of the website and you can purchase tickets by logging into your online banking account.

On the day of the conference, you can also purchase a ticket directly at the event venue – payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by purchasing a ticket through Paysera Tickets, i.e. through this website.

The conference will be held live at the Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO, Laisvės pr. 5, Vilnius, in Hall 3 (on the right side of the Litexpo area). During the conference breaks, there will be a trade show showcasing plants and quality garden products from leading suppliers. 

Coffee and food will be available for purchase at the restaurant and cafeteria located at the venue.

We will be filming the conference, but we have not yet decided on the distribution of the video recording, so we cannot guarantee that it will be available later.

During the conference, some presentations will be delivered in English, and some will be delivered in Lithuanian. To access the complimentary interpreting service for non-Lithuanian speaking attendees:

1. Have your smartphone and headphones with you.
2. Download the Interactio app from the Apple Store or Google Play. We recommend doing this in advance.
3. If you do not want to download the app, simply open this link: https://meeting.interactio.com/listen/search
4. Enter the meeting code: Gardenstyle2024 (the code will be activated a few days before the conference and will only be valid on the day of the conference).
5. Connect your headphones.
6. Select the English language channel.

Translation is free-of-charge.

IMPORTANT: you must bring your own headphones and charge your smartphone in advance.

During the conference, there will be an opportunity to purchase hot and cold drinks, snacks, or lunch at the restaurant “Adsum” (entrance through Hall 3 lobby) or at the restaurant “DSERVE” (entrance through Hall 5).

If you would like to receive a conference certificate of attendance, please tick the box indicating so when purchasing your ticket. After the event, the certificate will be sent in PDF format to the email address you have provided.

Please be informed that photography and filming will take place during the event. The material may appear on gardening websites, magazines, and for promotional purposes for next year’s “Garden Style” conference, etc. If you do not wish to be captured in photographs or on film, please inform us by email at info@gardenstyle.lt no later than when presenting your ticket to the staff. We will then record this request and take appropriate measures to ensure you are not seen in the conference’s photo or video footage. If the staff is not informed at the time of your entry into the venue, we will assume that you do not object.

All visitors have the right to film and photograph.

Footage longer than 5 minutes may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed.

Conference attendees have voted, and this year’s dress code is botany. We invite you to unleash your creativity and choose floral patterns, leaf motifs, or plant ornaments. At the conference, we look forward to seeing you dressed in your most beautiful floral dresses, elegant suits, or accessories that would reflect the beauty of a garden in bloom and would create an inspiring atmosphere for all of us.

We will invite participants to meet in Vilnius after the conference to share their impressions about the day. We will announce the location of the afterparty soon!

The “Garden Style 2024” afterparty is free-of-charge to attend, so everyone who wants to discuss the conference in an informal setting, get to know other plant enthusiasts better, and simply have fun chatting with each other is invited to attend! Our conference speakers will also be there, so it’s a great opportunity to meet and have a chat with them.

The design workshops will take place in the space of the Taškius School of Science and Art, in the historic complex of the former Basilian monastery in Vilnius, Building 4, Arklių g. 18.

The conference is subject to 21% VAT (already included in the price indicated on the website). Design workshops are classified as professional development training, therefore 0% VAT is applied.
